Preamble
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Autonom.ia ("Autonom.ia", "we") for the use of the website, web application and related functionality ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any additional rules published in the product.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- General conditions: if you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
- Changes: we may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when published.
- Eligibility: you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract.
- Legal compliance: you agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
- Account and security: you are responsible for the confidentiality of your account, password and configured keys/integrations.
2. Description of Services
Autonom.ia provides WhatsApp audio processing with AI, returning full transcription for short audio and structured summaries for longer audio. Features and limits are defined by the contracted plan.
3. Use of Services
The User is authorised to access and use the Services for professional and lawful purposes, in compliance with these Terms, applicable legislation (including LGPD) and third-party policies/terms when using connected providers.
- Accurate data: provide true information and keep it up to date.
- Access protection: keep credentials, tokens and keys secure; notify us of unauthorised use.
- Restrictions: abusive use, unauthorised access, fraud attempts and prohibited content are not allowed; you must also comply with WhatsApp platform rules.
4. User accounts
- Creation: to use certain features you must create an account and provide a valid email address.
- Activity: the User is responsible for all activity carried out on the account.
5. Pricing, payments and billing
Prices and plan conditions are displayed on official pages and/or in the app. We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before trial end, paid billing starts according to the selected cycle. In case of non-payment, chargeback, fraud suspicion or breach of these Terms, we may suspend or limit access.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, plan usage follows this service model: monthly audio volume may be unlimited. Individual audio files submitted for processing must not exceed 20MB in size.
6. Intellectual property
Autonom.ia and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Services. We grant the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for the intended purposes and within the contracted plan.
7. Privacy and data
We process personal data in accordance with LGPD and our Privacy Policy. We do not resell personal data.
8. Warranties and limitations
We use reasonable efforts to maintain availability and performance, but the Services may be subject to interruptions and depend on third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by Brazilian law, Autonom.ia shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss.
9. Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services or maintain an active account. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. For consumer relations, the Consumer Defence Code applies. For other cases, the courts of Belo Horizonte/MG have jurisdiction.
