4. About WhatsApp audio content
Audio files are processed to generate transcription or summary and are then discarded from processing queues. We do not use your audio content to train public models.
5. Purposes and legal basis
- Service execution (contract performance), including transcription and summary delivery.
- Platform security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest and legal obligations).
- Customer support and service communication.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with essential processors for hosting, billing, AI processing and support, always under contractual safeguards.
7. International transfer
Some processors may operate outside Brazil. We adopt safeguards compatible with LGPD.
8. Retention and deletion
Account and billing data are retained for legal/operational needs. Audio content is processed and discarded after delivery. You may request account deletion via support.
