We process account, contact, billing, support and technical log data, plus metadata needed to process audios and deliver transcripts or summaries.
3. WhatsApp audios
Audios are processed to generate a transcript or summary and then discarded from processing queues. We do not use your content to train public models.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with essential hosting, billing, AI processing and support providers under contractual safeguards.
